Directions for Use:

Important: You must complete Phase 2 (Month 2) prior to starting Phase 3 (Month 3). 

Supplements may be taken with or without food, as directed by your practitioner.

To maximize the benefits of this comprehensive detox and wellness program, take each supplement at the appropriate time for the full 30 days. Note that BrainDTX, CytoDetox, and TrueCarbonCleanse should be taken at specific times relative to food, supplements, and medications.

Morning Routine:

• Take 1 capsule of MIN.
• Take 1 capsule of MethylGenic.
• Take 2 capsules of GCEL.

Afternoon Routine:

Evening Routine:

TrueCarbonCleanse: Take 2 capsules at night right before bed, ensuring it is taken 2 hours away from food, supplements, and medications for the full 30 days.

Daily Routine:

CytoDetox: Take 1 mL twice daily, 8-12 hours apart, ensuring it is taken 30 minutes away from food, supplements, and medications. This and the BrainDTX need to be taken for 7 days on, followed by 7 days off, simultaneously.
