International orders are not eligible for returns.

Important Notice Regarding International Shipments:
Many country-specific laws, regulations, and restrictions may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what rules and restrictions may apply to orders shipping from the United States and/or the items you are ordering. Customs may delay your order or might reject it outright from being delivered based on local laws. In addition, you may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order to us upon their inspection.

Revelation Health cannot anticipate or estimate country-specific duties, tariffs, and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied. Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. A local customs office determines these fees, and Revelation Health cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred.

Some products are banned or considered illegal in certain countries. Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are shipping are legal and do not require additional permits to receive. Restrictions around items can change occasionally, so checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of items is strongly recommended.

Revelation Health, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Delivery standards are provided by the individual carriers, and late or delayed packages are not the responsibility of Revelation Health, LLC. Any issues that arise with packages should be directed to the individual carrier chosen. Revelation Health, LLC will provide an order confirmation and a tracking number for the carrier selected.

We offer ROUTE shipping protection and suggest you utilize our shipping insurance to insure your package.

Returns:

Revelation Heath, LLC accepts returns on all unopened products received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
A flat 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Upon completion of a quality inspection, refunds for the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment instrument (please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post).
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of products.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Healthcare Practitioner Consultation:

We highly recommend that customers seek the advice of their healthcare practitioner, and in some cases, they require a consultation to dispense certain products. Any costs incurred or associated with any consultation are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns on products opened for any reason. If you have a negative reaction to a product purchased from our website, please consult with your healthcare practitioner to determine possible causes. We do not accept returns on opened products that have caused a negative reaction.
It's important to understand that what may work for you might not work for another individual, considering their individual health needs and conditions. Our products are of high quality and come at a premium price. Therefore, it's not feasible for us as a company to offer returns to customers on a trial-and-error basis.

Opened Product Returns:

We do not accept returns on products opened for any reason.

How do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please email us immediately so we can try to prevent the order from going out. Email is best, but call us at (888) 600-0642. Please note that packages are generally picked up Monday through Friday at 3:30PM ET. We cannot guarantee that we can retrieve your package from shipping out.

Out-of-Stock Products & Backorders

If the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you of the delay time and give you the option to receive the product once back in stock, or cancel your order. You will NOT be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.

Orders for More Than One Item (Multiple Product Orders)

If your order contains more than one product or items from different brands, there is a chance you will receive them in two separate packages. Separate shipping charges for each shipment may apply.

Typographical and Product Description Errors on Site

There may be errors in pricing or product description (size, weight, ingredients, etc) on our site. We do our best to keep the site updated, but our vendors do not always inform us of changes.

In the event of any product misinformation or typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund.

If it is listed at an incorrect price, Revelation Health, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel your order. In addition, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
