- 1/2 head green cabbage, grated
- 1/2 head purple cabbage, grated
- 3 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped. fresh chives
- 1/2 cup organic, non-GMO mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine.
- Allow to set up in fridge for an hour or enjoy immediately!
