Detox Pull and Bind (Weeks 5-8)
After your body has been prepped and your detox pathways are functioning efficiently, it’s time to move into the Detox Pull and Binding phase. This is where the program intensifies, focusing on actively pulling toxins out of your cells and binding them to eliminate them safely. The key supplements during this phase—CytoDetox and TrueCarbonCleanse—are increased to higher doses to enhance detoxification.
CytoDetox helps to mobilize and pull toxins from deep within your tissues. At the same time, TrueCarbonCleanse acts as a powerful binder, trapping these toxins and preventing them from reabsorbing into your system. This phase is critical for removing heavy metals, chemicals, and other environmental toxins accumulated in your body over time. Including TCF Liver support ensures that your liver is adequately supported during this increased detoxification activity.
In this phase, you also have the option to incorporate additional detox methods such as coffee enemas and infrared sauna sessions. These practices can enhance the detox process by further supporting the liver and promoting the elimination of toxins through the skin. Coffee enemas, for example, stimulate the liver to release bile—a primary pathway for toxin removal—while infrared saunas help to expel toxins through sweat.
As your body ramps up its detox efforts during this phase, you may experience more pronounced symptoms, such as increased fatigue, headaches, or skin breakouts. These are common signs that your body works hard to eliminate toxins, and they typically subside as it adjusts. It’s important to continue supporting your body with adequate hydration, proper nutrition, and rest to facilitate detox.

Phase 2 is where the real work of detoxification happens, laying the groundwork for a healthier, more vibrant you. By effectively pulling and binding toxins, this phase helps to clear out the deeper layers of toxicity, paving the way for the subsequent phases focused on brain health, recovery, and rejuvenation.
- Week 5:
- CytoDetox: 1.5 mL in the morning before breakfast
- TrueCarbonCleanse: 4 capsules before bed (take 1 hour away from food and supplements, 2 hours from medications)
- TCF Liver: 2 capsules with food at breakfast or lunch
- Optional: Coffee Enema (take an additional four capsules of TrueCarbonCleanse 1 hour before the enema)
- Optional: Infrared Sauna (take an additional 0.5-1 mL of CytoDetox before the sauna session)
- Week 6:
- Follow the same protocol as Week 5
- Week 7:
- CytoDetox: 2 mL in the morning before breakfast
- TrueCarbonCleanse: 4 capsules before bed (take 1 hour away from food and supplements, 2 hours from medications)
- TCF Liver: 2 capsules with food at breakfast or lunch
- Optional: Coffee Enema and Infrared Sauna, following the same protocol as Week 5

US Domestic Shipping:

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select.

Revelation Health LLC shipping hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays. We do not process orders for shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
Generally, if you are shipping within the United States, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Ground, Third Day, Second Day or Overnight Service*). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon)** EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.
If you purchase the first-class mail option, Once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Revelation Health LLC. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased the Priority or Priority Express option, your package does come with standard insurance and we will file a claim for your lost or stolen package.
International Orders are not eligible for returns. Please check with Customs Regulations on importing supplements into your country. We are not liable or responsible for customs seizures. Taxes and Duty Fees are required prior to delivery.
UPS Next Day Air Services do NOT include Saturday delivery. Please call us to arrange for UPS Next Day Air Service Saturday delivery.
USPS Expedited and Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed services. Please choose UPS or FedEx for guaranteed services.
