Q:  What Payment Methods do you accept?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We understand that sometimes, products may not be exactly what you're looking for. If you have an unopened, unused, non-perishable product and would like to return it, you may do so within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. However, please keep in mind that shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 15 days of delivery so we can make things right.

We also want to make sure that you know that if you have opened a product and find that it is defective or contains ingredients that we did not list on our site, you can also return it. However, if you simply do not like a product, we are not able to offer a refund. There are many factors that can affect how a supplement works for each individual, such as taste perception, digestion, and overall health status. What works for one person may not work for another, and we hope you understand.

It's important to note that the effectiveness of supplements can vary based on factors such as your individual biology, diet, and lifestyle habits. It's essential to take the recommended dosage consistently and give your body enough time to adjust to the supplement.

Q:  How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Our shipping team is on top of things and always aims to get your order out as quickly and accurately as possible. Typically, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, unless you select an expedited service at checkout.

We strive to ship your order within one to two business days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect standard ground US domestic shipping to take between 5-7 business days. However, in our experience, orders often arrive much faster than that! To stay up-to-date on the status of your shipment, keep an eye on your tracking link, which we'll send you via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Q: Do you ship International?

A: We do offer international shipping, but it's important to note that whether or not we can ship to your country depends on your country's specific customs regulations. It's essential to check these regulations to ensure that the products we carry can be imported into your country from the United States. Additionally, some countries may have restrictions on certain ingredients contained in our products, which may prevent us from being able to ship to those locations.

Please note that taxes and duties are required to be paid prior to delivery.  International orders cannot be returned for a refund.
