- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 small beets, scrubbed and chopped
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger or 1 tbsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Put all ingredients, excluding collagen, in a high-speed blender and mix on high speed.
- Once thoroughly mixed, add collagen and incorporate at low speed.
