Rich, creamy and light berry mousse recipe. Enjoy!
- 1 can organic, unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight.
- 1 cup organic frozen raspberries
- Generous pinch of sea salt
- Garnish: berries and/or nuts and seeds
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender.
- Whip mixture for 20 seconds (do not over whip).
- Spoon into parfait glasses, add garnish and chill in fridge.
