This is a Handmade lotion that has an SPF of approximately 40+ due to the oils that are used and the addition of non-nano zinc oxide. I am not claiming a specific SPF level since my sunscreen has not been lab tested. It is a known fact, however, that a lot of oils already, naturally, have an SPF level: Shea Butter – SPF 5-6, Coconut Oil – SPF 6-10, Carrot Seed Essential Oil – SPF 28-40 (contains antioxidants to protect skin cells), Myrrh Essential Oil – SPF 15 (ultra healing oil to help take care of your skin). The essential oils also add medicinal properties, being that they are pure high quality oils for your skin.
